BH Fitness: Over 100 Years of Fitness Engineering
With over a century of Spanish engineering, BH Fitness offers commercial cardio, strength, functional training and indoor cycling equipment. Xite Fitness supplies, installs and supports BH Fitness equipment across Dubai and the UAE.
Who is BH Fitness
BH Fitness traces its history to 1909, when Beistegui Hermanos was founded in Eibar, Spain. The company began producing bicycles in 1919 and entered the fitness equipment market in 1969 with exercise bikes. Over the following decades, BH Fitness introduced innovations including electronic exercise monitoring in 1987, the HIPOWER professional fitness brand and Europe's first indoor bike in 1996.
Today, BH Fitness blends fitness equipment with connected technologies for modern fitness facilities. Their Smart Focus platform supports professional fitness centers, while BH GYMLOOP connects cardio, strength and indoor cycling equipment through a digital platform.
Why Facilities Choose BH Fitness
BH Fitness has spent decades developing equipment for the way people actually train. Its approach brings together its own manufacturing experience, practical equipment design and technology that gives fitness facilities more ways to manage and engage with their members.
- Built by the Manufacturer: BH Fitness designs and manufactures its own equipment, drawing on more than a century of experience in engineering and product development.
- Technology That Connects the Gym: Smart Focus gives operators useful information about equipment use and member activity, while BH GYMLOOP brings connected training features to members.
- Designed Around Movement: BH Fitness pays close attention to biomechanics when developing its cardio and strength equipment, with the aim of making each machine comfortable and intuitive to use.
- Flexible Functional Training: MAGSYS and L360 multistations can be configured for different training requirements, making them suitable for both smaller studios and larger fitness facilities.
- A Global Fitness Brand: From its roots in Spain, BH Fitness has grown into an international fitness equipment brand serving gyms, hotels, universities, corporate facilities and other professional spaces.
