EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is a synthetic rubber granule typically poured on-site over an SBR rubber base, bonded with polyurethane binder to create a seamless, resilient surface. Because EPDM granules are UV-stable and available in a wide range of colors, this system is widely used not just in gyms but for outdoor fitness zones, running tracks, and play surfaces where color, weather resistance, and durability all matter — making it a versatile option when a gym space bleeds into an outdoor or multi-use area.
We install EPDM as a poured-in-place system, allowing custom color patterns, logos, or zone markings to be built directly into the floor rather than added afterward.
