The original heat therapy experience
A traditional sauna heats the air in the room to between roughly 70°C and 90°C using an electric heater and a bed of volcanic rocks, with guests able to pour water over the rocks (a "löyly") to add a burst of humidity. The dry, intense heat promotes deep sweating, muscle relaxation, and improved circulation, and remains the most recognized and requested sauna format for hotel spas, gyms, and residential wellness rooms across the UAE.
We build each traditional sauna to size, using thermally efficient insulation and cladding (typically Nordic spruce, hemlock, or abachi wood) to hold heat safely and comfortably, paired with a commercial-grade electric heater sized correctly for the room volume.

Supplied, installed, and supported
Installation includes structural framing, insulation, wood cladding, heater and control panel installation, lighting, and ventilation, followed by safety commissioning before handover. AMC coverage is available for heater element servicing, rock replacement, and general upkeep to keep the sauna operating safely.
